A: Currently, Industricals? complete catalogue is only our website. So you have complete access to it all the time. In addition, you will automatically be placed on the mailing list once you buy our products or subscribe to our newsletter.

Q: Is it necessary to register on Industricals.com to purchase a product or place an order?

A: You can place an order without being registered on industricals.com. However, we recommend you register with us for convenience, ease of repeat orders in the future and to gain access to our loyalty incentive schemes.

Q: Are there any hidden charges on the products offered on industricals.com?

A: Absolutely not! The final amount of your order is what you will be paying at the time of delivery. However any octroi, entry tax etc., if applicable, will be to your account.

Q: Why did my order get cancelled by industricals.com?

A: We currently have a minimum order requirement of Rs. 1000.

Q: I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order wasn't fulfilled after receiving payment.
What happens to the money deducted from the card?

A: We at Industricals always try to deliver products of the highest quality at your doorstep as fast as possible. The purchase order is raised only after we have confirmation of the goods being available in the required quantity. In the unlikely event that we are not able to supply the material after the PO is received, you have the option to reschedule the delivery to a later date or ask for a refund / credit note.

Q: Can I order a product that is out of stock?

A: Nothing is out of stock with Industricals, however as long as the MOQ is fulfilled, the delivery period for goods may vary if the stock is slow moving!

Q: How do I know if my order is confirmed?

A: Once you place an order, you will be send an order confirmation via email

Q: How do I add items to my shopping cart?

A: Once a desired item has been selected, please click on "Add to cart" button present in the list page/Grid page/Product detail page. A drop-down will appear, select the "Checkout" option and you can now view "My shopping cart" .

Q: What is 'My shopping list?' How do I view my shopping list?

A: We have "Product Group" on the left hand side of the page where you view the existing product groups. Is this what you meant?

Q: How can I view an item's catalogue.

Q: How can I email a product page to another user or myself?

A: In the product detail page there is an option called "Send the Page" on top right corner of the page. Click on that and fill the email id of the sender/receiver and hit submit. The product detail page will be sent.

Q: I submitted an order with an error, how can I modify it?

A: Once the order is submitted you cannot modify it. However we do give you the option to cancel the order and place it again.

Q: How can I compare two products? I want to compare the specifications of two products, how can I easily do this on Industricals.com?

A: This is easy! Just checkmark the products to be compared on the list/grid page and click on "Compare". All the items selected for compare will be displayed in detail.

Q:How long will my saved cart be stored?

A: As long as your account exists.

Q:How do I delete items on my shopping cart?

A: Click on the "Remove item" button to delete the item from shopping cart.


Q:How do I find products online?

A: Search for products through navigation or use the "Search" bar provided.

Q:I can't find the product I am looking for..

A: This could be due to one or all of the below scenarios:
Case 1:Please check if the keyword used to search is accurate. Checking for spelling mistakes might help.
Case 2: Use advanced search bar to search for specific items.
Case 3: Product may not exist in Industricals.com.
For more information on the particular product please visit the "Request for Quote" tab on the left hand side of the page. Fill in the details of the product that you?re searching for. Click on "submit" and the details will be sent to your email id.

Q:How can I find more detailed technical information about the product of interest?

A: Please visit the item detail page and navigate to the path Description/Specification/Features/Documents to get more technical information about the product.

Q:Why aren't there any results for my search?

A: Please check if you have entered a valid keyword.


Q: Can I get free shipping?

A: The first three orders that you place on Industricals will have no shipping charges associated with them. However, after this, the delivery charges will be borne by the customer. Your delivery charges on all orders are mentioned in the invoice generated.

Q: Do you deliver goods to any address in India?

A: As we are still in our Beta phase, we are currently only delivering goods within Maharashtra. However, Industricals will soon start delivering products pan-India.

Q: Why won't industricals.com ship to my area?

A: As we are in our Beta launch phase, we are still arranging our logistics modalities. Please write us an email at support@industricals.com, if there's a product you'd like to purchase from us.

Q: How long does it take for my order to reach me?
  • A: This is dependent on two factors: the shipment time and the transit time.
  • Shipment Time:
  • Fast moving items : 1-2 business days
  • Slow moving items : 3-7 business days
  • Very Slow moving items : 15-30 business days
  • Transit Time: This is dependent on the distance
  • Metros (New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad) : 1-2 business days
  • Remaining Cities: 3-5 business days.
  • Deliveries to very remote locations such as the North-East may take 5-7 business days or longer, depending on the location's geographical constraints.

Q: Are the goods insured when they are shipped?

A: All shipments can be insured to the delivery address by us. We will charge an insurance premium for this service.

Q: Does the size of the product purchased or the order size delay the delivery schedule?

A: Fortunately for you, we are specialists in this business. Hence, such factors will not cause any delays in the delivery schedule.

Q: I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do now?

A: Don't worry; we have already planned for this contingency. We will call you and attempt to reschedule the delivery for you!

Q: Can I accept the package after checking the contents inside it?

A: Sorry, as per company policy, a package can?t be opened before delivery is accepted. But you can accept the package and get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.

A: Absolutely! We use industry standard encryption on our site that ensures that all your sensitive data is safeguarded.

Q: Why is the Cash on Delivery option not allowed for my transaction?

A: The COD payment option is available only for certain products and for delivery to certain cities. In case this option is unavailable to you, your location might not be supported by our COD service. Try changing your shipping address and have the product delivered to the new shipping address.
COD option is available only in certain cities only and not across the entire country.

Q: How do I pay using the COD method?

a. When you place an order, you simply select the COD payment option during checkout
b. Provide us your address
c. Once your order is prepared, we contact our logistics partner who in turn deliver your order to your doorstep
d. You simply pay the invoice amount to the courier service representative. Easy-Peasy!

Credit Terms

Q: Do you offer credit to your customers?

A: Yes, we do offer credit to customers. Please look at the corporate credit line link on our home page for more information.

Q: How can I avail credit benefits for my purchases?

A: You can ask your Account Manager to help you to apply for credit. Thereafter our credit team shall verify the same. Once verified your credit payment mode will be immediately activated. The entire process should take between 1-3 working days.

Q: How much credit can I avail?

A: The credit limit varies from business to business depending on the size and volume of purchase. Your credit limit would be defined after we receive your credit application. It would change from time to time and the basis of documents available to support the same.

Q: Can I avail credit on all items?

A: Yes, if you are eligible for credit, then you may avail credit on all items.

Q: What is the credit period?

A: For business customers with established Industricals.com credit, payment terms are net thirty (30) days from the date of invoice. All credit extended by Industricals.com to customer and the limits of such credit, is at Industricals.com's sole discretion, and may be reduced or revoked by us at any time, for any reason.

Q: Will I receive a call before industricals attempts to deliver the package to me?

A: You will receive a call from the individual with your package only if he/she cannot find your location with the address you have provided.

Q: What if the picture does not match the product attributes?

A: While we try our best, on occasion the manufacturer supplied images may differ slightly from the product listing. Please refer to the product attributes for the most accurate information for these products. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us.

A: There are no changes allowed in the shipping address after the PO (Purchase Order) has been raised.
